Who is a project management craftsman?
A project management craftsman is a craftsperson or a worker skilled in project management or a closely related field. A project is a series of tasks and activities performed to accomplish or develop a product or service. Project management is a process that involves planning, organizing and managing processes and resources required to complete a project. Under the guidance and supervision of senior officers, project management craftsmen assists in planning and coordinating various activities relating to the development of various projects.

Becoming a project management craftsman
Minimum admission requirements
- A mean grade of D (Plain) and above in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination or its equivalent;
- Artisan certificate/ completion of KNQF level 4
- Or other approved qualification
Training & Study options
If you meet the above minimum admission requirements, you can proceed to a Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) college and enroll for a relevant craft certificate course. Craft courses are also offered within Vocational Training Centers (VTCs) within your region.

There are various ways you can access financial aid to support your postsecondary education. Some of them are listed below;
